Our goal is your satisfaction. Be assured that
we will make every effort to insure that your shopping experience at
backyardstuff.com is fair, value-packed, honest and enjoyable.
Returns:
The customer may elect to return an item(s) purchased from
backyardstuff.com at his or her discretion, and for any reason. The
following provisions will apply to any such return.
• Customer must first obtain a Return Authorization number from
backyardstuff.com
• Item(s) must be returned in original factory packaging
• Item(s) must be in unused saleable condition
• Customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to
transaction (both directions)
• A 20% restocking fee will be charged to the customer for the
return
• Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of original ship date,
with the exception of purchases made after Thanksgiving as Christmas
gifts, this will be extended until January 15th.
Special Order and Custom Made items cannot be returned.

Damaged items:
Always inspect your items immediately upon receipt for any damages
or missing parts.
Any item(s) purchased from backyardstuff.com that arrive in damaged,
or otherwise unusable condition, will be replaced free of charge by
backyardstuff.com. in an expeditious and timely manner.
Product received in damaged condition will be replaced immediately
upon notification to Backyardstuff by email to
customerservice@backyardstuff.com. Only if damaged product received by
customer is Out of Stock (for more than 30 days), or otherwise not
available for replacement, will credit be issued instead of replacement
product. Notification of damage must be received within three days of
receipt of order.
No returns or refunds will be made after 30 days. For warranty issues
after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer, we will assist you with
obtaining their contact info if needed.
